Here is the data I have found on HOWARD MENGER. For a public person of the 1950s and sporadicly after that, there is little about him out there. WHY?
Are there clues or truths in his background that certain people in clandestine organziations do not want the public to know about? As in MKULTRA? Or, would his secret revelatons concerning ALIENS or what he witnesed ages ago, would in modern times blow the lid off of what that the goverment has kept hidden from the American public?, when
The skeptics claim, MENGER was a con man who's talent was not only in telling whoppers but in covering his tracks?

Menger was born in 1922, in Brooklyn New York, he died in 2009 in Florida. As a child, Menger's family moved to rural New Jersey.
In 1934 in the wilds of New Jersey, Howard Menger had contact with an extra terrestrial, a female VENUSIAN. Later on, he would explain his info about her was mixed up, but he did meet with a female E.T. It has been speualted that perhaps he met an ANGEL? Menger misidentifed the happening as that of an Alien.

Menger graduated from high school and was drafted or voulnteered for military duty in November of 1942. Different sources have different acounts of Menger's World War II record. What is pretty much agreed upon, Howard M. saw combat as a tanker in the 713TH BATTALION, on OKINAWA in 1945. His tracked vehicle was armed with a flame thrower besides other weapons.
His tank, was a modified SHERMAN, it, was used to knockout enemy strongpoints, be it pill boxes, trench systems, or cave positions.
Menger recieved the PURPLE HEART, which is given to those that were wounded in combat.
As a tanker on Okinawa, Menger saw combat up close. A flame thrower, tracked vehicle, moves to point blank range and destroys the enemy by incinerating them. Or by suffocating them. The flame, eats up the oxygen in an enemy held position, or nearby closed redoubt.
The smell of burning flesh is one of the most horendous oders one can smell. Howard M. and his comrads in torch units were involved in grissly combat. Not only by way of smell but by the yells of the foes that were burned to death.
From personal experience, the screams of a person buring to death, will stay in one's memerory throughout their life.
One thing about American flame throwing tanks, the ignitable liquid is stored in the tank. If the American tank was piered by large caliber shot or was done in by an anti tank mine, the liquid flame bladder would or could rupture and the vehicle's crew would be cremated.
Needles to say, Howard Menger was under a lot of mental pressure while in combat. If things went wrong, Menger would die a painful death.
Research, does not indicate that Menger suffered from post traumatic stress disorder. I would venture to guess that he did, but was not diagnosed for it.
If he did have PTSD, I would presume that this made for his quirkyness when it came to his lingo and his sometimes odd body movment. Menger, especially as he got older could be naturally comical with his words and body language. This did not happen all the time, but when it did, he was unintentionally funny.

PTSD, can increase or decrease as one gets older. Looking at, or watching MENGER through the years; he became more friendly and wiser as he aged.
BELOW: One of Howard and Rose's New Jersey UFO meetings. That looks like a nice gathering. These meetings included the curious, and experts of that era, when it came to UFO sightings and encounters.

In 1944 Howard Menger married Rose Mary Pulsinelli, she was born in New Jersey in 1922. The union resulted in three children. Two sons and one daughter. Sadly, one of his sons died in June of 1958 from a brain tumor.
The children; Richard, Patricia, and the late Robert.
Rose Mary Pulsinelli, died at age 95 in Montana. After her divorce from Menger, she raised her kids and made a new life for herself. Rose Pulsinelli was a smashing brunette in her younger days. Menger did have an eye for great beauty.
According to sources, Menger met Rose, his wife to be at an arms plant, where she worked during World War II. In 1958, the duo divorced.
Not much is known about the Howard - Rose Mary Pulsinelli marriage. Did the two wed because they truely loved one another and then they grew apart? Or did they have to wed, due to pregnancy?
Or was the union ill concieved from the start? As in Howard M., at that stage of his life was afraid of death in combat and married good looking Rose, so that he would know what marriage life was about, as in the sexual aspect of things, before he faced the possibility of death in combat? Do not raise your eyebrows at that possibility. A lot of young people even in contemporary times that are in the military, wed for the wrong reasons.
Menger saw combat in 1945, he was discharged from the service in 1946. According to the archives and Menger, his life with Rose after the war was rocky at times. Was this because the war changed Menger? Was he a different man after seeing battle? It seems, that Menger was more reserved in the 1950s as compared to his later years. That observation or theme will be disputed by many. But if that idea is partialy true what can account for the slight or big change in the World War II veteran a he got older?
Did Menger get hit with PTSD, and that is what slightly changed his energy? Or did contact with Aliens alter his mind to a degree? Is it possbile that Menger was a victim of an MKULTRA scenario, and this BLACK OPS group altered how the electricity in his brain fired? Rather like what happened to SIRHAN SIRHAN?
MKULTRA was a secret goverment operation that influenced or brainwashed people in the 1950s and 1960s. SIRHAN SIRHAN is a classic example of MKULTRA skullduggery. Look him up, he was the STRAWMAN or MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE, that was part of the RFK assassination conspiracy - assassination.
Why would MKLUTRA be interesitng in MENGER. SO that he would lead people th wrong way, in his take on his Alien encounters. Or to fog his mind so that he would sound and act like a low digit IQ person. Mind fogged, his memories of his Aleien contact would not be sharp or accurate.
Did Menger's walk through life irritate Rose? Who knows what made for ROSE and HOWARD's bad marriage. Perhpas they simply grew apart? Or back in the 1940s and 1950s, was Menger not a nice a guy in private life and then with age, and new circumstances, he became a good guy, as a seasoned adult?
In any case, Rose and Menger divorced in 1958. What was the trigger? Apparently, Howard M. had eyes or had an affair for widow Connie. - CONSTANCE VIOLA WEBER, who was born in New Jersey, in 1922. More on this woman who H.M. fell for, down the page.
There is no info on who demanded the divorce, Rose or Howard?
From rickety sources it seemed that Rose was a supporter of Howard and never cast her husband in a bad light. While the two were married, they hosted small weekend, afternoon gatheriings at their rural property, the topic was UFOS and ALIENS. These get togethers were rasin size when comapred to the big UFO shindigs being held at Landers, California, in the 1950s.
Rose it seems was there for Howard, when it came to gaining knowlege about the UFO phenomena. In 1957, Howard and Rose went to the big UFO shindig in Landers, Californa, at the GIANT ROCK, Menger was one of the key note speakers at this event. Likewise, Rose was with Howard for radio and television interviews on the East Coast, and the New York metro area..
During Howard's marriage to Rose, he claimed that he had contact with Aliens. Menger also noted that during the war, Aliens had told him a few things. Was this by way of physical contact or telepathy? These contacts as best I have researched, happened in Texas, Mexico, California and Okinawa.
There is not a lot of source material on Menger's life, as interesting as it was. One thing is certain, that by the mid to late 1950s, Menger was a celebrity in the UFO world.
Howard Menger and divorce. The best information I have come up with. Widow, Connie Weber, met Howard at one of his small UFO club gatherings in New Jersey. From there on, Menger's first marriage went smash. Perhaps the union between Howard and Rose was going to end in divorce with or with out Connie entering into Howard's life?
Connie, physically was very different from Rose. Both women were naturally strong. Raven haired Rose, had an Earthy sexuality to her, she was highly attractive. Blond Connie was Nordic looking, as in the German version of a female Nordic. Howard and Connie's union produced a son, Eric, and a daughter, Heidi.
One thing aboutConnie was that she had an incredible smile. It was as if, her smile or grin, radiated calmness.
Howard and Connie were married for 51 years. The death of Howard in 2009, terminated this long union.
A lot of things happened to Menger around the time of his divorce and new marriage. His father died and had excluded Howard from the will. Why did this happen? Did the Father not like Howard's antics or claims?
Also, two years before Howard's Father's, passing in 1957, Howard's brother had died from injuries in a car accident.. Furthermore, within a month of the weding, one of Howard's sons died due to a brain tumor.
Before all these incidents of tragedy, Menger's late son, according to fluff or fact, had been sick. Maybe this was the blast that destroyed the marriage, the long illness of Rose and Howard's son. A lot of unions cannot withstand the loss of a son or daughter, or a long drawn out terminal affliction of a loved one.
Upon Howard's Menger marriage to Connie, his life changed. It seems, H.M. was smitten by Connie for the rest of his life.
After marrying Connie, Howard's life was that of a person that was in and out of the public eye. During his early years with his new wife, Menger was sued at least two times and supposeldy put behind bars, for failure of child support by his ex-wife, Rose.
Things were straightend out, legal wise. Connie sold her farmland or real estate and this money was supposeldy used to get Howard off the hook for missing payment. Also, it is stated by way of different account, that Connie was not a widow but had been previoulsy married, and had gone through a divorce. Again, what is truth and lies? This page is giving the data as best as I have unearthed.
As stated before, Howard's first wife Rose went onto live a sperate life and not much is known about her, excpet that she died at age 95, in Montana in 2017.
As for MENGER's children from his first wife, there is no info on how good or bad those relationships were between offsrping and divorced Father?
As for Menger, in his later years, as in what I heard and saw, he seemed like a good guy who could be labled as eccentric. His wife Connie seemed to have kept him on a some what even keel. The duo seemed to be a good match, Connie brought out the gentleness in Howard by way of her energy. Connie Menger, generated gentleness. Or so I thought. Take a look at any of the surviving videos or photos featuring her, that are out there in the archives.
You decide, was Howard a god guy or bad guy? I claim he was a flawed person, like all of us are. Was he a scoundrel, it all depends on who you talk to? Likewise, was he a good guy, it depnds on who you talk with?
I maintain, something happened to HOWARD MENGER. The truths were distorted by accident or on purppose by way of outside powers, as well as human failings, such as greed and lust for fame.
Was HOWARD MENGER, a distrubed World War II veteran, who was mad, but not properly diagnosed? Was he an opportunist?
Was he, a man who tried to the best of his ability to get his message out to the world, concerning what he saw or experienced?

Here are some interesting themes. Howard Menger in the ealry 1960s depending on the source, renounced his stories. Some tales have it that he went as far as to say he was a fraud. Yet, this next theme is very telling, in my opinion. Howard Menger claimed that he was tricked by the CIA and the Army, when it came to ALIEN contact.
That idea does ring true when one looks at contactees or sightings of that era. Another yarn is that Howard Menger also thougth that he was tricked by a group of ALIENS as well. Possibley a group known today as the OMEGANS.
One thing about contactees, as in those that are legit. A number of the contactees had bad experiences with BLACK OPS before or after the experience. Or the contactee had a foul confusing encounter with a dimensional force or ALIEN being, or beings/
Not all contacts are fine things. Be it physical, mental, or the subterfuge that comes with the event.
Howard Menger also claimed that at times he worked for or with the U.S. goverment in the 1960s,
Black Ops, Army Intel and other military groups wanted info that Menger had or data on what he had observed. That last sentence reads as real.
Black Operations inside the goverment does want data on AlLIENS or UFOS and with certain contactess, they will get that data at all costs.
After gaining the info from a contactee, and depnding on the cirumstances, the goverment honchos will make the investigated, look like a fool, or put him or her, into a criminal position.
I think Howard Menger was victimized in all categores. He did have a few Alien contacts and then he was used and manipulated.
Howard Menger was pretty much out of the public spotlight in the 1960s and 1970s. From the 1980s and onward he started to appear more and more in the public eye.
What kind of guy was HOWARD MENGER? No idea what type of personality he had behind closed doors. Some people are two faced. One face for the public and another face for the person's inner family.
Other people, are not decievors. What you see is what you get. How that person acts in public is how they act in private life.
So was MENGER, true blue? Was he a good guy all the way through? Or, was he a checkered man, and though his life he became a better person?
Was Menger the TROJAN HORSE, a %100 trickster?
I deduce that H.M. was a gentle man, who tried to do right. He was badly used, and tricked, but did his best to understand what he experienced.
Was Menger slightly unstable mentally, due to the war or by way of his encounter? That is a possibility? Was he hurt mentally by MKULTRA types. I think so.
I also surmise that MENGER did have a a few exepreinces with extra terrestrials or dimensional beings,, pysically and mentally. I also presume that unscupulous people, as in Black Ops agents, led Menger astray.
Case in point examples, the RFK or JFK assassinations. Specialists for BIG BROTHER turned the evidence into a bowl of GOULASH.
BELOW: A recording of special agent Hank Hernandez in 1968, tricking and brow beating a teenage witness, SANDRA SERRANO, to change her testimony, concerning the murder of RFK.
SImply put, In the last years of Menger's life, he seemed to me, to be a good guy, who was a little odd in his lingo and walk. It seemed his energy was different , even his look, not by age but by his aura, as in how he was in the 1950s.
REPEATING: I wager HOWARD MENGER witnessed a few things that are not of this realm. I bet my boots that he was tricked by different agencies or forces of this and not of this world. I also think he made some foolish mistakes with some of this tales and businnes ventures connected to ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND.
WRITING IT AGAIN, I AM NOT BEING VAGUES. I do think, be it physical or mental, MENGER did come into contact with things not of this world or not of this dimension.
As for his first wife, ROSE; she seemed like a good woman, with strong character.
His second wife CONNIE: for lack of better words, radiated out a unique calm energy.
TELLING IT LIKE IT IS: Howard Menger could come across as comical or jumpy in hs later years, while his wife CONNIE had the vibe, at times, that one would find at a Buddhist or Cathollic monastery.
Howard Menger, as compared to other contactees, of the 1950s era, was an original. There was nobody out there that had his personality or life force.
