BLACK DAHLIA SANTA FE: THE CONCLUSION
What happened at the Fort Union Drive house? The remains of a body was found. A murder had transpired, had it happened at this house, or were the parts of a body just buried at this site? Had the wicked energy that others had seen or felt while passing by this house or while inside it, been at this site before the house was built? Was this ground cursed from centuries ago? If not, why did that evil energy pick the rosebush house? Is it possible the Fort Union Drive house was built with tender care and sheltered a loving family in the 1960's. Is it possible that due to the house's location evil came to inhabit the dwelling? Or was the house built upon a doorway to Hell that was somehow opened in the late 1960's? Did the Ouija board readings that happened at the house during the early 70's, help open the door farther? Had there been some type of demonic ceremony that had been performed in that area? In the underdeveloped thickets by the house or where the house was built? When that unholy power was conjured up did it move into the rosebush house? OR all these stories about "BAD MOJO" just lies? The facts are; the remains of a body was found in the backyard of the "HOUSE POSSESSED". Was the murder comitted at this house along with the difigurement of the corpse? Maybe, maybe not. Bill Faurot, the man who uncovered the bones in his backyard later on sold the house and moved to Arizona. Eerily the house has had many, many lodgers, masters, etc... Perhaps all the residents of this house moved on, not out of something supernatural but because of better job opportunities else where? Nothing evil or scary frightened them to leave that abode, or did it? In 1968, Deschweinitz felt an evil chilling cold zone before the bathroom. If Doug Foote murdered his mother, and according to those that prosecuted him, he did. Did a sinful energy possess him and thus he mutilated the corpse of his mother, in the bathroom tub? The autopsy report on the remains, that the D.A. claimed are correct, state that Donna Foote died from severe head trauma, possibly a gunshot wound or brutal blow to the cranium. The dismemberment happened after she was dead. Possession and the ghosts? Was the energy that possessed John Boland when he nearly strangled his wife or was trying to bite her tongue off the same energy that took Doug Foote, as he killed Donna Foote, as the police contend? Was that phantom that Deschweinitz and her daughter saw in 1968, the same Hellish thing that Doug Foote saw when he was under the influence of narcotics? Remember Doug Foote, admitted that he saw Hellish figures while living at this house. Can this murder ever be solved? Was Doug Foote wrongly accused and became the punching bag of the Santa Fe Police Department and District Attorney's office? The jury that acquited him, thought so, after all they let him go free. One way to solve this mystery is to find more of the remains of the mutilated corpse. As in the jaw and teeth, and then confirm who's remains were found in the backyard of "THE HELL HOUSE". Santa Fe lore has it that areas beyond the fence of "THE HOUSE POSSESSED", were not thoroughly searched and the flagstone patio of the backyard, where the body was found, was never pulled up and the ground sifted. Is it possible, that somewhere out there in Santa Fe, lying underground, in black trash bags, are more remains of the victim or victims that were found under and around the rosebush? Did Doug Foote at the age of twenty six in 1976, kill his sixty something year old mother? Was it just bad prosecution and bad detective work that let him escape justice? Or was Doug Foote nearly lynched in the legal system due to coincedental evidence. Again, one must repeat, the jury after hearing the prosecution and defense found Doug Foote innocent. At the start of the trial, Santa Fe's wagging tongue predicted that the prosectuion would slam dunk Doug Foote. The opposite happened, Doug Foote was released a free man, not guilty. So who's remains were found under in the backyard under the rosebush? On the paranormal side, supposedly the house and area where a murder may have taken place but for sure where remains were found, was alive with "BAD MOJO", way before Doug and Donna Foote called it home. Other things to ponder, no butcher tools with Doug Foote's fingerprints on it were found. According to legend, or Santa Fe lore, the remains that were unearthed at the "HELL HOUSE" did not reek of decomposing flesh, and in some ways were very well preserved. Is it possible that these severed body parts had been coated years ago in some type of preservative? Also the remains were not infested with worms or maggots. Were those body parts burried in the backyard as far back as the 1960's, possibly even before the house was built? After all in 1968, a little girl would not go out and play in a certain backyard area, and in 1993 that backyard area yielded the remains of a mutilated body. Then again, during the times when the house was unoccupied, were those body parts, deposited into the ground. Remember, the house has a jumbled timeline, and was unoccupied for various amounts of time and spans. With the jury finding Doug Foote innocent, Santa Feans must presume that the murderer is still on the loose and could still be in the county? Again one must ask, if the remains are not Donna Foote's then who's body or parts of bodies were found? Lastly, this question must be asked, does that house where the remains were found still posses that evil energy? Or has that Demonic energy moved to a new "HELL HOUSE" somewhere in Santa Fe? The paranormal slant on this, is that near the rosebush house, 800-1000 meters away, runs a highway. On windy days when it is hard to see due to sand particles in the air and cars are buffeted on the road, due to high gale blasts, a female ghost has been sighted. This phantom is dressed in dark clothing and is seen on the highway or sometimes on the backroads of this area. The lady looks like she is from the early 70's or late sixties with her hippie like clothing. With a long skirt, her hair pulled back, with anglo saxon features, in her late 20's or early 30's, this woman walks the roads or highway, not bothering to stick out a hand for a ride. She is impervious to the wind and sandstorm. It is hard to see her or concentrate on her due to the sand getting into one's eyes or the driver is concentrating on keeping the car in a straight line on the road. Is this phantom connected to the remains found under the rosebush. Is this ghost the victim and now her shade is trying to get away from the area? Was this woman picked up and murdered? Or is this ghost a victim from some other crime that has not been discovered, and that crime site is in the area of the rosebush house? If any one from the Santa Fe area has any inside info on this murder case, E mail the info , do not send it computer letter, E mail. santafeghostwriter@zianet.com SOURCES: Steve Terell-New Mexican articles 1993-2003/ Jeremy Pawloski-Albuquerque Journal April 9, 2003/ Interviews with anonymous witnesses who were around this house and murder investigation.
